SRW Mulch Stabilizer contains a liquid bonding agent. This agent locks mulch in place. It dries clear and remains flexible and permeable, so water and nutrients can still reach the plant roots. This product is safe to use around plants and animals. This is a five-gallon container. SRW Mulch Stabilizer keeps your mulch looking great all season long.
It enhances the overall color of your ground covering. In addition to its visual benefits, it eliminates weed growth in the mulch and provides additional UV protection. You can also use it on sand or dirt to control dust in decorative areas. One gallon of Mulch Stabilizer covers up to 200 square feet. Press mulch into place and water your mulch before application. Apply using a standard sprayer once the temperature remains between 50 F and 80 F for 48 hours before and after installation.
Maximum bonding strength occurs after 24 hours in dry conditions. Avoid applying in rainy conditions and avoid spraying directly onto your plants or trees. Properly clean all application equipment after use to prevent permanent damage. For maximum efficiency, apply a second coat two hours after the first.
